EYFS Teddy Bears Picnic at BVIS

Dear Parents­­­,

On Thursday 22^nd January, the EYFS children will be travelling to BVIS to join in with a Teddy Bears Picnic.  The event will be fully supervised by EYFS teachers and TAs.  We will be leaving TX at 8 am and return by 11.30 am.  Please see below for further information about the event:

°         All children should arrive at school at 7.55 am and go straight to the classrooms to register.  If your child arrives late and the buses have gone, you will need to make your own way to BVIS.

°         Children should wear their uniform as usual and should come to school with hats and water bottles.

°         Snack will be provided at BVIS.

°         Each class will take a teddy bear to the event so there is no need to bring one in from home.
